Booking Instructions for Saimaa Cycle Tour 2026
You can now book your Early Bird travel package for the Saimaa Cycle Tour 2026 — or simply reserve your accommodation only if you already have your cycling tour entry.
You may choose between:
After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and a hotel voucher by email.
You will also receive instructions on how to complete your official cycling tour registration if you booked a package that includes the tour.
Payment Options and Terms:
You can pay the full amount securely by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) through our payment provider, Paytrail.
Cancellation and Changes:
Cancellations made on or before May 10, 2026 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date. Participant name changes for hotel reservations are allowed up to 14 days before the event, subject to a €10 handling fee.
