Jukola is a suitable competition for many, where participants can test their orienteering skills and running endurance as a team.
The Mikkeli region is located in the province of South Savo, at the crossroads of highways 5 and 13 and the Savo railway line, with excellent transport connections.
You can easily reach the Mikkeli area by car, train, or bus. The distance from Helsinki to Mikkeli is 230 kilometers, and the travel time by car is approximately 2.5 hours. Due to its central location, there are several daily bus and long-distance train connections from the Helsinki metropolitan area to Mikkeli.
